A company we bought a bed off from Wowcher sent us the wrong product. After making them aware of this, my partner has emailed constantly and been told he’s a liar, he’s wrong and the bed we received is what we ordered. We have sent picture and video evidence several times and been told somebody would be in touch from the returns team. We are now being ignored. I am pregnant, without a bed because of this. DO NOT buy from this company.

Update! Yesterday, I received the final thing I ordered from wowcher. This time the item was totally different to what I ordered!! Now had lengthy discussion with my credit card company and put all 5 miss sold/falsely advertised goods in dispute. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A MASSIVE SCAM AND WHEN THINGS GO WRONG CUSTOMER SERVICES DONT WANT TO KNOW OR DO ANYTHING. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME EFFORT AND MONEY... FRAUDULENT MISS SELLING

On 9/10December I purchased two items,I've had no contact of delivery just a redeem email Yet they took the two payments from my bank account!,I'm so,disappointed as I thought this was an honest shopping company,My daughter will be let down for Christmas thanks to what I can only surmise now is a scam...Can a anyone help me?Or do Wowcher prey on pensioners?.

I have waited 6 days for a response from Wowcher after receiving a faulty pre lit christmas arch. I only got a response today through Resolve. Once they have your money they will not deal with you. I tried to contact the supplier of the arch but their phones are closed due to covid. Wowchers response today was wait 3 days and will not send prepaid label to return or refund my money. I will never use Wowcher again nor would l recommend them be very careful.

Worst company ever! Try to con you into setting up monthly payments to them. Read the small print!!!
My parcel never showed up and no way to dispute it with wowcher. Dont try to contact them you will be going round in circles on the poor website. Thankfully I made my purches through PayPal and have received a full refund.

Do not even think about ordering from any of the company's they scammers it is all rubbish, I ordered a so called mattress posture spring, it came rolled up when you do not roll posture spring and the mattress is not even a full double size its short all over.
Absolute rubbish and unconvertable.

No way to a resolution with a non-existent customer service. I had trouble redeeming a voucher and tried for 2 days to speak to a human but was only able to to listen to a robot information line that redirected me back to the website where I could not find an answer to my problem. I cannot even figure out how to get a refund! The website is a minefield of links that lead to the same place; it feels so disappointing and overwhelming when you cannot get an answer at all. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM WOWCHER - MAJOR RIP-OFF!

.I ordered both mystery packages 19.99 and 11.99 and was very disappointed with them the contents did not even match the money spent I think you should check what are in these packages also items taking such a long time to be dispatched from sellers at least 4 to 5 days after ordering

Ordered the mystery gift £20.00 option over black Friday. Prizes advertised were amazing, PlayStation 5, Samsung TV, dyson hair dryer etc some really good deals.

Was really excited to see what was going to come, when it arrived it was a 2nd hand clearly used dash cam which we could have bought new off ebay for £14.99.

How many of these deals did they sell?

It's wrong to advertise such great prices and think your getting a great deal when clearly your getting some 2nd hand rubbish.

When I complained to wowcher basically said tough, it can't be exchanged or refunded.

I am really worried I have placed about 10 orders all Christmas presents..... then though beat check out reviews and seen all these bad ones and praying I get what I have ordered and on time as I have no way spare money to but alternatives... really concerned now 😮‍💨

I order from wowcher quite a bit however, I have had trouble with my last 2 orders....it is increasingly difficult to actually speak to an actual human being when wanting help....the automated system is soooooooo frustrating, and forget the fact that someone will get back to you within 48 hours ,or now 72 hours...it just doesn't happen....I've had a parcel delivered but it was left outside my front door and wasn't there when I got home........I only continue to order from Wowcher because of the prices, not for anything else like customer service, because that is appalling....

Scammed me for £925

Booked a stay to eurodisney for 3 nights. Description said ' park tickets'.

After I redeemed the tickets, the travel operator calls and says only ' 2l1 day park ticket included '. I say I want my money back. They refuse.
Wowcher say I redeemed the ticket and can't get a refund. This took 2-3 weeks because they don't answer their WhatsApp. In the meantime, the travel operator changes the description on the website. The travel operator agrees to a refund in the end.
Wowcher will only give me £925 vouchers! No cash refund!
I am going to the ombudsman and small claims court!

The price was really good which is why I made the purchase however it is tricky to understand the whole voucher concept / just sell them it rather than the voucher that’s much easier all around as it caused a delay of around a week for a birthday gift.

Was looking and found an item for my wife a one time purchase.so I went through the process of buying paid for it also paid £4.99 for standard delivery but was sent to another page to pay £9.99 for speedy delivery yes right.but some how I was also charged £4.99 wowcher vip which I did not sign up for!! So it looks like I paid two lots of postage but still arriving till the 21st dec great but what you have to do on wowcher just to buy one item I won't be using them again i even tried to delete my account but that is not happening I tried getting a refund of £4.99 for the vip again not happening another money maker very disappointed

My son bought a voucher in June 22 for a driving experience for £59. The advert advertised a local track; however when attempts to book the local track was advised that not available at the location. I applied for a wallet credit to use on another experience but have now been told voucher has expired? Its not even six months old. Attempts to rectify have failed as insufficient options to contact wowcher unless by a bot on whats app or email which provides a generic reply. I feel as though I have totally misled by Wowcher through not being able to provide the service paid for. I will now be seeking legal advice if this can not be resolved.

Bought 2 holiday tickets early this morning and once purchased it said on the voucher must be redeemed in 48hrs. I go to validate the ticket and it says 'Product does not exist' , there's also no way to resolve the issue or ask for a refund - tried contacting on whats app but they said might not reply within 72hrs which of course is after the time Ive been given to redeem the wowcher code.

No customer service, card charged and no way of getting a refund. Feel absolutely scammed and out of pocket.

Quick but no confirmation when bought. Was on the verge of paying again as I didn’t know if payment had been made properly. A confirmation email as soon as paid would have helped and inability to redeem voucher again. Otherwise ok.

I normally struggle with redeem vouchers and get very stressed. Initially I struggled in how to redeem but reading through the guidance in help section, provided me with clear instructions on accessing and redeeming my voucher.

over 2 days since I got in touch with the whatsapp contact on the voucher website concerning refund. Notification sent where? I haven’t received any notification! I just messaged the WhatsApp contact again, still no response!!
