Generally good, but I ordered more than I needed so I had some spares. Apparently HP change the settings on their printers to stop non HP inks being used. So when my cartridges didn’t work and I couldn’t print I contacted Stinkyink. They replaced my last order, but sadly my previous one was not covered. So it didn’t workout a low cost option and I can’t order too much if I use them again.

Easy to locate correct cartridge on website. Ordering straight forward. First product from Stinky Ink so time will tell but first impressions are good. Nice black print…but….check your printer settings and do test prints to get the best result. The default settings on the DCP 7055 are no good and will need changing especially Print Density and Contrast
Happy to use Stinky Ink again.

The products are competitively priced and represent good value. Items which are ordered arrive in good time and in good condition.
My printer is an Epson, and the Stinkyinks have worked without any problems over the last year or so.

The service from this company was excellent. Printer Inks are expensive now and these are the best value inks around. Mine was dispatched soon after ordering and was very quick delivery. Very easy website to use, very pleased and would use again.

The inks were ordered on the Wednesday and arrived Thursday morning. We were amazed at the service from Stinky Ink.
Exactly what we needed, print perfectly and the price best the supermarkets.

Order came fairly promptly despite the postal strike. Haven’t used them yet so cannot comment on quality. Had a problem with my last colour cartridge which was resolved quickly and without fuss. Well done Stinkyink!

I had a problem with the cartridges I purchased and after a small hiccup trying to make contact I eventually was contacted by Zara (sales dept) who was superb in resolving my issue. I am very impressed with the way I have been treated and the extremely swift service. I didn't realise that stinkyink have a 12 month guarantee which is incredible. I've usually bought the sets of ink cartridges with all the colours, but had built up a stock of Black cartridges, so this order is only the colour cartridges. These colour cartridges have yet to be put into use. Ordering and delivery was easy and rapid as usual. Sets of the colour cartridges would be useful as they tend to run out faster than the blacks.

At the moment it is NOT great, but hope springs eternall. in simple terms, my epsom wf2010 is refusing your ink, I have used stinky ink over the past few years so I hope this may be a one off. I have mailed the problem and am awaiting reply.

Yet again another great-priced order. For a small charity like The Museum of Ryde, the price and quality of the compatible ink means we can print as much as we like, and in colour, without having to be too careful and worry about the cost.

Their pricing is very competitive, but for me the winning formula is their communication and delivery. They keep me in the loop; from once I order, to when the products arrive. And the ink's ain't that bad either :)

My order initially failed to arrive and has apparently been lost in transit by the Post Office. Stinky ink immediately sent out a replacement which arrived within a few days. This shows the excellent customer service that I usually get from this supply.

Items received intact and well packaged. Unfortunately, due to the postal strike it was considerably delayed, however, I had no problem with this as it wasn't an urgent order. I know I can rely on Stinkyink to provide the cartridges I require, under normal circumstances, timeously.

I always use Stinkyink. I'm only a home user, so don't use a lot, but the quality of their ink, and compatibility with my Epson Workforce printer is perfect.
I've recently printed a full A4 family photo taken with my Fujifilm XS1 camera onto Kodak gloss paper and it is 100% pin sharp in every detail.
Very happy customer.

Excellent fast service, very good offer price when I ordered, a couple of cartridges now installed and working fine.
