Deep berry red velvet top

Lovely deep berry red top which looks festive without being obviously Christmassy. Sleeves are really pretty, lots of material and smart elasticated wrist. I am usually an 8 and it fits well but comes up on the small side. Pretty buttons but one had already fallen off. Please sew metal buttons on with nylon thread. There was one spare but I can see them easily getting lost.

Item cancelled but still shows stock online

12 hours after placing my order i received an email to say an item had been cancelled due to stock not being available. Yet the item is still showing in stock online and other online stores. So now I only have half a set with no explanation as to why it was cancelled as it's allowing me to go through the checkout with the very item they cancelled and refunded.

I've had a look into this order for you and regrettably it looks as though this item has been cancelled due to being out of stock when being picked either at our warehouse or from one of our stores, due to being out of stock at our warehouse.

The item may still show on site as it can take up to 48 hours for our site to update, or your item was only available to pick from a store and our teams in store were unable locate the item for you.

We do state in our T&Cs that there is a risk of an order being cancelled if items appear to be out of stock when being picked. A confirmation of an order being placed, on any website, is not a guarantee of the products. This only occurs when your order is shipped.

As this item has not been dispatched, rest assured you have not been fully charged therefore any pending funds will be cancelled and will revert back to your original method of payment within 10 working days. This includes any postage costs. Please note, this won’t appear as a refund as the funds were never passed to us by your bank. These funds will show as an amendment of available funds.

If you have paid with PayPal, Klarna or ClearPay, it can take up to 10 working days for the to update your account.

We do recommend you speaking to your bank who will be able to explain this further for you.

In regards to our review emails these are automatic and the system won’t known if an order has been cancelled.

Please be aware that we only have one UK Monsoon site and please refrain from placing orders from any scamming sites posing as Monsoon.

Sadly unreliable

It’s so incredibly frustrating when this happens. An email days after ordering online, to say an item is no longer available and the order has been cancelled. It shouldn’t have been available online if there was no stock. Stock counting is a fundamental part of online retail sales and to get it wrong is poor, disorganised and damaging. Who wants to buy from an unreliable brand… slippery slope to loosing customers and becoming the next brand to go under.

Monsoon - Lucy Devore Animal Print Dress/Evri Local Collect Option

I hadn’t used the Monsoon /Evri collect option but can highly recommend it. My ‘Lucy Animal Print Devore’ dress was delivered in good time. It’s beautiful, fits well and I’m delighted with it. Plus it was on sale too so a win for me. The pick up at a local store was seamless and the staff member was helpful and efficient

Perfect present for my sister

I like buying clothes from Monsoon. On this occasion I bought them for my sister's birthday. She also loves Monsoon very much and so I thought of treating her for this special occasion. The clothes arrived in perfect timing and I could take them with me to Milan where my sister lives.

I am very happy with my items

I am very happy with my items, excellent quality. But I found my parcel delivered and left unattended outside of my front door an hour later after checking my mailbox. Courier didn’t ring my doorbell. I don’t think this method can be called a professional delivery

Nice slippers but a tad over priced

Goods arrived as stated and was kept well informed with delivery.
Have stated before - but will reiterate again - my feelings that P&P is excessive when ordering single items. Makes any discount offered totally irrelevant and adds a high cost to a single item. Monsoon needs to offer a cheaper alternative and sadly there are no stores for click and collect and if you select pick up at a ‘locker service’ these are inevitably FULL and the item cannot be left . Ridiculous situation.
Having said the above the item I ordered was a needed gift for my granddaughter so I had no option but to order and pay the delivery charge.

Failed to deliver parcel

We have yet to receive our parcel despite being in all day to wait for delivery. The courier Evri said that they had tried to deliver but this is not the case as we have an electronic barrier at the premises and they would not have been able to leave the premises without an exit code, which would have been provided by me. Terrible service.

Monsoon website - great service, happy customer

I've been ordering from Monsoon for the last couple of months and it has been an extremely easy experience - well informed via email on the progress of my orders and returns are speedily paid back into your bank account. Monsoon haven't lost a single parcel (and I've ordered a fair amount!) A happy customer.

A frustrating experience

First my order was accepted then cancelled as it was out of stock.
I ordered something else, to collect at Accessorise. The Dispatch Email did not make it clear whether I would be informed whent the item had arrived for collection, so 5 days later I phoned Accessorise (number was wrong in the email) as the tracking button in the email didn't work. The item had not been delivered, but they did assure me I would get an email when it was (I'm waiting....)
Added to which, my attempt at getting a discount for signing up to the newsletter failed.
Altogether a disappointing and frustrating experience.

My order hasn’t arrived and I haven’t…

My order hasn’t arrived and I haven’t received anything from store for collection. It’s my daughters birthday tomorrow the service is ridiculous I made this order on 8th December. I’m absolutely furious.

Using EVRI delivery service. POOR!

Paid for quicker delivery and 2 days later still no delivery. Why reputable retailers use below standard 3rd party delivery companies like EVRI fails me. Granted this is not monsoons fault but I paid for a quicker service and not received it. So what is monsoon going to do about that?

no customer service at all.

I ordered a dress for Xmas parties for my daughter. delivery to the store was supposed to take 2 to 4 days. The item wasn't even dispatched until day 4. The customer service phone lines were closed, I started a line of inquiry on WhatsApp but every question i asked was met with a blame shifting response. It's been my fault, the shops fault, Royal Mails fault, the fault of motorway roadworks and more besides. It's day 8 now, nobody at Monsoon knows where my order is and nobody at Monsoon is offering to take responsibility to improve the situation. no refund has been offered, no alternative shipped, just unhelpful Responses by WhatsApp. It's a poor show from a supposed quality brand.

Still waiting

This is the third reminder I’ve received to review my purchase, which I have not yet received.
So as I’m a bit fed up I’m reviewing!
Ordering was easy from website & I opted for collection from store as its free.
Having been shopping here for years, the products have always been good quality.
I’m happy to review again when I eventually receive my new dressing gown!
I have even been in store to check, but item is still on its way.

Haven’t received my parcel

I ordered a coat for my daughter on 25th November to which I still haven’t received! It is now 10th December and when I track my parcel it’s states that it is in transit, this has been the case now for over 10 days! I am so unhappy with this service and would like a response from monsoon as so far I have had nothing! Very dissatisfied

Slipper Boots

I have just ordered a pair of slipper boots from Monsoon and they are gorgeous!
I have never used this company before and i was very impressed with the quick arrival of my goods.
The slipper boots were well wrapped and are beautiful. They are so pretty and fit perfectly and keep my feet lovely and warm.
Well done!

Fabulous customer service

Fabulous customer service. My item was lost in transit. I contacted Monsoon. A few days later I received an email as promised and my order is being refunded. They have given me 10% off my next order and free p and p so thank you. 😊
