Wasn't able to go due to weather, but I tried to contact you by your robot message and it kept giving me a general standard response which wasn't helpful at all. I then tried by phone at approx 12:30 for either a refund or an exchange and I got to number 2 in the queue a couple of times then it took me back to the main menu again. After over half an hour I gave up. Not impressed.

Words don't do it justice. Absolutely incredible. I had extremely high expectations anyway and somehow they were exceeded. So festive, incredible acting, singing and dancing and the set was insane. If you're looking for a sign to book tickets, this is it!!! Didn't even matter that out seats weren't particularly good (back row in the middle) UNREAL XXXX

10/10 couldnt recommend enough! Went to see Pretty Woman and have to say it was absolutely spectacular! The cast, the sets, the choreography everything was spot on. Anyone thinking of going to this show, DO IT!

Fantastic sets
White witch very well acted and staged. Her sudden ascent from the stage was very exciting.
The 4 'children' played their parts extremely well.
The puppet lion was brilliant. The actor Aslan was not as warm and loving as I wanted him to be.
The play succeeded in reminding me that at its heart it was telling us about Christ

I have been going to the theatre for 41 years and don't think I have ever seen a show use the ENTIRE auditorium as much as this one did even when we walked in it was like we were passing the flats where these newsboys live

Great show and main lead, even if the real Tina is irreplaceable... What a voice and presence on stage... But the musical is well done and entertaining! The only thing I did not like was the last song before the interval, trying to be "neutral" as regards the domestic violence she suffered... That violence cannot be beautified or normalised... Otherwise, fantastic night out! ;-)

We were getting ready to celebrate my Birthday in London and going to the Théâtre. Unfortunately, my wife got you know what so had to cancel. Working with Kathryn a Customer Care Specialist (This is exactly what Kathryn is), she was sympathetic, professional in not making guarantees, but would see what she could do. In a short time, we got an answer which we were very happy with. Courteous, professional and fast--it could not have been a better experience! Thanks

It seems that the Adelphi Theatre was built around the musical "Back to the future". The hall and the bar were filled of themed decorations and there were a lot of gadgets all over the walls. Moreover, the scenography melted with the audience and even though I was sitting in the farthest seat, I was able to enjoy the show perfectly. I was thrilled like a kid when the Delorean went back to the past the first time!
Furthermore, the staff at Adelphi theatre was very kind and friendly.

Story was brilliantly told, the acting was great although scout’s accent was inconsistent. Would be nice to have developed the black characters a little more who were largely overlooked. The racism was a little more heavy than the book which was uncomfortable at times as a black spectator. However definitely worth a watch.

It was a great evening - but- totally let down by having to order your drinks on a QR code & then having to pay an extra £5.60 for service ?!? Really - we already paid £1350 for 6 people & even when we were home we could skip the service - the second time round - it still took the money ! Just greedy & spoilt the evening

Mamma Mia was very good and enjoyable. Did not appreciate being told to be quiet by the usherette when we very quietly whispered 2 words between my friend and I, seemed we were conveniently seated at the back row for her to weigh in whilst there was all kinds of shouting and clapping from others in the theatre much louder. The mobile phone ‘off’ boards and general ‘rules’ to the audience to not join in until the end were a bit heavy handed and kill-joy Lighten up guys, it’s Mamma Mia!

Located in the QE hall at the Southbank this was a great show. Lovely modern theatre. We were lucky enough to have a front row seat and we really enjoyed it. A nice mix of well known actors and new talent. Very professional performance all round.

The Tina Show was absolutely amazing!! So many gifted and passionate actors, dancers, singers. We loved every second of the show. The music was wonderful. So grateful to have had the chance to experience this show. Thank you all for the joy you have given us through the expression of your talents.

Absolutely brilliant! How they managed to cater for so many people and still put on a great show I will never know! What a great atmosphere with a great cast! Would definitely recommend for anyone that wants to see a show with a twist!

A Really Great Show!!! Glad we watched it. It was entertaining throughout. One of the best shows we've seen. The effects were incredible the story was acted just how it is in the movie.

We watched Disney’s The Lion King, and I have to say this was a once in a lifetime experience! Amazing actors, unique scenes full of imagination and spectacle, totally worth it! Can’ t recommend it enough!

Didn’t get to see the show because wife and sister in-law both got Covid the same day and we were really looking forward to it sad thing is as pensioners where money is tight no refund is being offered due to “terms and conditions “ which I’m sure could be waived under these circumstances

As usual, booking was straightforward but the rest of the experience was stressful. By the day before the performance I hadn't received any acknowledgement of my order; luckily I had paid by paypal so had their confirmation of the order. Surely it's not so difficult to send an automated email confirmation, but London Theatre has never managed it on the 3 occasions I've booked with them. After a second livechat I was dealt with by very competent operator, who was able to email me confirmation of the order I had made a week or so earlier. Not good enough!

I couldn’t make a show due to transport disruptions. I spoke to Nataly and she was very polite and efficient in dealing with my query. I was delighted to be able to reschedule the show I was looking forward to seeing. So refreshing to have a good customer service experience!
