Awful!

Similar to the below so must be re occurring problem. Reported over 2hr wait for the food. Order turned up incorrect and cold. Completely inedible. They would only refund 25% nor seem to care at all waste of money they clearly don’t vet the restaurant’s they upload to their website because they don’t care as long as taking peoples money. Awful service from restaurant but worse from Just Eat

NO INTEREST CUSTOMERS

I was unhappy with my order so I made a complaint. I heard nothing so I contacted Just Eat and they said they weren’t willing to do anything and have no reason. I feel the company just refused to act on my complaint because they are a faceless company. Very poor customer service with no empathy towards and customers. Only interested in taking money and no interest in customer care.

Cold/hard food, wrong food, no refund

Cold/hard food delivered, with 2 wrong orders. JustEat customer services gave us back £2. I said this was a joke. They said it’s their policy and not to contact them again. Basically I found out, if you order through this app, and your food and service is terrible, the restaurant dont have to refund, and JustEat wont. Their customer services are gross too.

Very poor service, Poor customer service

Very poor service, you cant get help when you need it. You have to send a message and wait for a reply in the next few hours to days whilst you are sitting there hungry.
Sometimes they dont even reply you, they just issue a refund of the order which i find quite disrespectful.
I think i will try uber eats or deliveroo from now on

Gift card not valid

Had to give one star, gift card number does not work, worst website I have ever tried to navigate. Company sent gift card numbers to all staff, guess we will not be using this company in the future. No phone number online chat no email address.
I also expect no response to this message. NOT GOOD ENOUGH JUST EAT.

What a joke this company is I will…

What a joke this company is I will never order through just eat again , I ordered sharing banquet and only receiver 8 mini fillets no sides nothing else atall , also order burger box only got burger and popcorn no sides nothing else , asked for a refund and are telling me they can't give me a refund unless I send a picture, what are you on about a picture of what an empty bag. PEOPLE BOYCOTT JUST EAT AND ORDER DELIVEROO OR UBER EATS JUST EAT ARE A JOKE ITS LIKE BUYING A BOX OF LEGO AND HALF OF ITS MISSING AND SAYING SEND ME A PICTURE . WHAT A JOKE

Received cold food

Received cold food due to the driver’s poor service. The butter had melted and re solidified. £8 worth of food and the customer service department offered me £2.79 in compensation. When I asked how that was calculated, I got told they can’t disclose their customer service policies? Why have customer service policies if you won’t disclose them to your customers? Obviously it’s either a lie or they don’t care about their customers. Their driver screwed up and they can’t be bothered.

So order from Just Eat if you like your food freezing cold, I guess?

Refusing refund for cold food

I'd tell anyone to claim a refund via their bank if Just Eat refuse to.
Keep any email and photo evidence.
Food delivered incorrectly and cold..asked to provide photo evidence, which I did, whilst explaining it wouldn't prove it was cold. They are refusing to refund. Looking at the other reviews I'm not surprised! What a shocking company They need to be careful as plenty other delivery companies to try!

Dont use this service

Dont use this service, terrible customer service, received wrong item, food we did recieve was freezing cold and the drinks had fallen over and were half empty and everything was wet and they want me to take a photo of it!!! and then because I couldnt take a photo, they were not interested and its not the first time were didnt recieve items, will. Do yourself a favour and dont use them.

Microwave effing pizza? Really?

I ordered what was supposed to be two thin and crispy homemade pizzas from UK Pizza through JustEat. When the pizzas arrived they were le warm forking microwave pizzas. And what was JustEat's response? No refund as restaurants are apparently allowed to have their own recipes and individual style. What the forking fork is individual or even a recipe with a microwave forking pizza. No refund, they don't care. Don't use these same oil salesmen

Common sense and customer service... not sure if either apply to their complaints

Order no. 1857810658
Driver bought the wrong order, and took the order away when I refused the delivery. 45 minutes later the drover brings the correct order which is cold.
Just-Eat then refuse the refund because I cant take a photo of an order that the driver took away with them when I refused the delo ery, and because I cant take a photo of food being cold as apparently, the temperature of the food can be indicated in a photo.
So, all in all, Id say not great customer service.

Placed and order last night

Placed and order last night, delivery driver said delivered…… clearly did not! Contacted multiple times for a refund to my bank account…. No reply. Quick enough to take your money though. Disgusting service Deliveroo are far superior

I never received my order the takeaway…

I never received my order the takeaway told me to contact Just Eat. Just eat asked for photographs. I had to tell them several times by email that I hadn't received my order. What was I supposed to do, take a picture of an empty dining table. They refused to refund my money, so I've lost out! I've closed my account, I won't be using them again. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour!!!

Terrible.

Terrible.
Ordered a pizza, delivery driver called me, and barley spoke English, 20 mins later still getting no where. Told him to take it back. Called restaurant and they hung up on me.
No phone number on just eat website, forced to email, thankfully paid on credit card so will probably have to use section 75 refund process if just eat don’t refund.

I won’t ever be using this service again. Abysmal service all round.

ORDERED FOOD FROM MCDONALDS AND WAS…

ORDERED FOOD FROM MCDONALDS AND WAS SENT WRONG ORDER! BUT IT DIDNT HAPPEN JUST THE ONCE! IT HAPPENED TWICE IN 7 DAYS!!! AND WHEN I TOLD JUST EAT!? THEY REPLIED TO ME 24Hrs later! These past few months everytime we have…

These past few months everytime we have tried to ordering using Just eat something has gone wrong, and twice this has meant the driver just not turning up with our food and dissappearing! Today I've sat for almost 2 hours waiting for my order, only to realise that a driver hadn't even been assigned! I've given up with this useless company!

Horrible service

Can you please get your staff to read the emails ? I am not letting this go my order from megabite didn’t and really this is the second time don’t that restaurant know how to follow an address or contact the customer ? It’s really fustrating I had to order from someone else and now none replies to my emails please and thank you!

Just eat just a joke

Ordered & payed for my food through the app and 2 minutes after ordering app informed me my food had been delivered. After raising a complaint I was informed I wasn't entitled to a refund so clearly paying for something that you didn't receive obviously must be acceptable to just eat which I find utterly disgusting and shamefull

What has happened to Just eat login

What has happened to Just eat login - its bad enough the wasted time on the "we need to verify your connection" - now i'm asked to log in to my email account to get a verification code - I ONLY WANT TO EAT - Now seriously considering switching to another takeaway provider [there's plenty of them !]

This company honestly is an absolute 💩show delivery times are awful food is always freezing absolutely crap customer service👎 can't believe this company is still on the go 🙈 do yourself a favour and put yer trainers on walk to the nearest takeaway order and get nice hot food with zero hassle
