Ordered from laced over £200

Ordered from laced over £200 , never got an email to say dispatched let alone delivered . Went on my laces account 3 weeks later and said it had been delivered my ups . Left at my front door . Well I was out as was not expecting a delivery ! So left in sight on a main road ! No ring cam . Ups dropped case , complained had it reopened ! Just want my money refunded as no shoes !

Not the greatest

Trainers arrived without any issues but the box was old and damaged and the tissue paper inside was torn and not original. After paying out £190 (well over the RRP) for a present I was expecting better from laced! Also the description was wrong and it stated black and white but actually pearlescent.
After reading other reviews regarding getting refunds I’ve decided to take it as a lesson learnt and will not be back in the future.

The best service

Great service. I Expected to have to wait for item to be delivered as this type of item normally takes time to arrive. I was impressed that I was kept informed by laced every step of the process so I didn’t have to worry that I didn’t know what was going on. My item was received so much quicker than I expected and I love it. Thanks laced

SCAMMERS

I ordered Nike Dunks for my wife and paid above the odds for them as I know she really wanted them. They tell me they had been delivered and to check with UPS in which they tell me the parcel was delivered, only going off of the vans GPS location, no photograph, no signature, NOTHING. I specified I didn’t want the shoes left as there was no safe space at the address but they left the parcel anyway. So now I’m £170 out of pocket and still fighting against Botha LACED and UPS. Avoid like the plague.

Dispatched next day and delivered in good time

Good communication and trainers dispatched and delivered in good time. I would have given 5 stars but the box the trainers are in was a bit bashed which is a little disappointing as they're a gift. The trainers in the box are wrapped well however and have an authentication tag which is reassuring.

Don't believe these 5 star reviews, they will be fake as are the trainers. They will be paying people to put these 4/5 star reviews on. Trustpilot can be manipulated. The zero star reviews are consistent with my original review. Fake trainers, not authentic, glue marks, rough cutting marks, returns policy a hassle, if you wanted a refund before xmas. No contact number, customer service abysmal. I've contacted trading standards, I suggest more people do. Companies like this need to cease trading, and stop taking advantage of customers, and mis-selling.

Ordered a pair of Nike Jordan’s for my…

Ordered a pair of Nike Jordan’s for my 11yr old grandson’s Christmas, ordering was easy and I was kept up to date constantly.
4 days all in from start to finish and the boots and box were delivered in perfect condition.
I will definitely use laced again.

Fast delivery and good condition shoes

Process of ordering was really easy and I had made a typo with my delivery address which they adjusted for me quickly once I realised. The shoes arrived really quickly and in good condition. The tissue paper in the box was slightly ripped and box a bit damaged from delivery which was unfortunate as they were a gift for Christmas, but the actual shoes arrived in really good condition.

Transaction was speedy

Transaction was speedy, goods arrived well packaged.
However, there were two small blemishes which I didn’t expect to see on pricey Nikes. Couldn’t be bothered to get them changed as they’re not too bad when laces drooped over - can’t see them unless you look.
So, happy to give a four star review as it’s not their fault we didn’t send them back for refund or replacement.

Shoes as expected, but shipping was poor

They keep you up to date with emails of where the shoes are, but mine got stuck at on the way and no indication of when or where they’re coming from, in the end it was luck that I had to manually check where they had been delivered and it was a UPS access point, I paid £7.99 for shipping to my address which was labelled over!!! They can certainly do better here

Shoe box looks battered not new

This was the only company I could find these trainers with. My daughter was adamant she wanted them so I took the risk and bought them. The trainers themselves look OK. Had regular updates via email and delivery was OK. My only issue is is that the box looks battered. For £217 you would think the box would be immaculate. Quite disappointed if I'm honest but like I said these were the ones she wanted and this was the only site I could find them on.

Profiting from return fee & not refunding postage

I won’t buy from Laces again and wouldn’t recommend using them. They charge you to return, £9! They won’t allow you to return the goods at your own cost, they won’t give you a return address. They also don’t refund your original postage cost, which by law they have to. Your online consumer rights, you should be refunded original postage (not upgraded postage). Even if you ask for the return address they say they can’t. It’s money making for them at £9 a pop!

So I got a Christmas list from my…

So I got a Christmas list from my youngest son: pretty specific and naturally imitations weren’t an option.,Used Laced on the recommend of a family friend. Happy to say that the whole experience was stress free. The fact that they (Laced) verify and authenticate every purchase prior to shipping is hugely reassuring. Delivery was unbelievably fast sbd the items ordered were in mint condition. Being kept abreast of the whole process via email was similarly reassuring and impressive. Wholeheartedly recommend.

I dislike that you only have 14 days to…

I dislike that you only have 14 days to return,I had a foot operation so could not try these trainers on in this time,also £9 to return is very expensive,I sell clothes and shoes for a living and postage cost is half that.

Jordan 1 retro

Bought Jordans for Christmas present for my son, from ordering to delivery I was kept upto date with the process and them being authenticated and quality checked.
They arrived in good time, they look great and my son is going to love them, on the other hand im £190 light.

Jordans were not authentic

Jordans were not authentic. I read an article on how to identify Jordans and quickly realised they were fake. Biggest red flag I saw immediately is it looked like a bit of glue on the back of the trainer, the Nike tick wasn’t stuck down properly and was cut roughly. Returns policy has so many expectations like the box being in perfect condition but when it arrived it had a puncture. Expensive delivery and return isn’t free so I lost some money.

Good service

It was very straightforward to purchase from Laced, the communication was good from start to finish, the packaging was ok, and the delivery was quick, however the trainers were small and am having to return them, so far no hiccups. Would recommend
