Delivery needs more thought

Great website , easy to navigate, great discount,
Only problem, they won’t leave parcel if not in which is so annoying as I work full time so maybe get a better deal on a better delivery service , I had to leave work early to receive parcel , I have no neighbours at home , they also work !

The service was fine

The service was fine, but you don’t make the product I need any more. Instead of Gravy Lover Countryside, I could only buy Chicken on the pick n mix system. It would be good to have a beef alternative, as that could get boring. The cat does not get on with fish, unfortunately.

So reliable!

In these troubled times it is great to have at least one thing which can be relied upon, namely the Purina ordering and supply process (hope this isn't tempting providence!). It certainly beats my previous process of shopping around and hoping that retailers had stock available. Also saves waste as I've yet to hear of a cat which likes all of the flavours in the mixed selection boxes sold in supermarkets etc..

I am away from home at the moment and…

I am away from home at the moment and left the cat with my mother. It is really good to be able to order the cat food and have it delivered so my mum does not need to carry heavy boxes. And as it is from the reliable company (I had several disappointments with online orders when they just refund you without even bothering to send the goods - but cats want food not the money back) I don't need to worry that someone is left hungry.

On-line ordering needs an overhaul?

Having tried to login using my Google account and paying with Google Pay I got a message from Google to say that apparently "the app was not compatible with Google's security protocol" or some such so I could not use Google Pay. Then I had to build my bundle again, three times in total, which was very tedious. The offer and pricing are excellent and I have no issue with the product, it was just the e-commerce part that was lacking.

Great delivery time and excellent choice of food pouches.

I received my order within a few days. The packaging was really sturdy and I shall use the box for other things when it’s empty. I was so pleased to get the extra gravy pouches as my cat loves them. It is great to have the pick and mix choices as every cat has a preferred taste. I am going to put another order in for a 2nd box. Please don’t stop making extra gravy pouches. Thank you 🐾

I can now but just the food my cat loves

It's great that I can now just buy the food my cat loves and not have to waste packs. More selection on flavours would be a good idea so hoping this takes off well and more will be introduced soon.

Great quality, excellent price

I have been using Purina Direct since March 22. The price of the felix is really good, even comparing it to value shop prices, I always get £5 off , I have 4 cats so the points mount up. I did try subscribe and save for a while, but my cats are real fans of the tuna in jelly, which aren't available on subscription, you have to have a fishy bundle.
The pick n mix is so good, and the quality is consistent.

reputable company, friendly staff and speedy delivery. Purina have got it right, well done!

Saves money, also saves having to carry it back from the shop and buying in bulk ensures that you never run out and can replenish your pets favourite food when you are down to your last two boxes. However, I would like to see less fish varieties and maybe ham and/or pork added to the choices as I .personally have a very fussy cat

Only Chose What My Cat Likes

Since I received a whatsapp advertising purina pick and mix. I have found that I have saved quite a lot of money on cat food especially as I only ordered what I know she likes and I'm not throwing any away.

Reliable

Have placed a number of orders for the pick ‘n’ mix. Good price & were delivered fairly promptly by Royal Mail. However, having issues with other deliveries due to the strikes so paid the extra for DPD next day. Ordered Fri evening & delivered Sat morning. They always keep to the one hour time slot.

Good selection of cat food flavours, but often out of stock of most popular variety. Prices are competitive and delivery always on time. Polite and helpful drivers too. Have used them for a while now 👍

To be able to have a choice of flavours…

To be able to have a choice of flavours tailored to your cats own required taste. Would love to see many more flavours become available. I have four cats and not any of them like the beef flavour , so buying this way avoids any unwanted waste. This is my third order , thanks Purina

Grateful for repeating the special offer

It was very disappointing to find everything out of stock over the Black Friday discount period, so full marks to Purina for repeating the 20% discount offer. Selecting and ordering is very straightforward so I’m always happy to buy direct when the price is competitive.

I find the ordering process simple I…

I find the ordering process simple I also believe it’s better than going to the store as prices are very competitive and items mainly always in stock. Whole process makes you feel valued as a customer and items always delivered in a great sturdy box. I would recommend anyone to try them out and grab some true discounts as well.
