Great performance for a small buck!
Good locations with good peering and speeds. Unlimited traffic was a big point when considering to try them out, and wasnt let down!

Most fair pricing I've seen for a VPS service. They also have some features that not all companies offer, like offloaded MySQL servers and cheap (+fast) storage slabs. Their customer service has been talked about a lot, but experiencing it firsthand confirmed that they are educated and professionals in the VPS space. Support is fast and is around all hours of the day.

In Buyvm, not only can I and the people around me feel reasonable price vm, but also have unlimited bandwidth and very large hard disk at a low price. Unlimited bandwidth is very important for large hard disks. The work order service can get a response in a very short time, which is convenient for quick technical support. Compared with other merchants, buyvm's work order can quickly understand my problem and solve it.

I love the support I receive when I have an issue. My issues have always been generated by my actions. My VPS is an excellent product from BuyVM. No issues after my two years with them.

This company openly disregards intellectual property rights by ignoring DMCA notices, and turns a blind eye to customers who steal confidential user data.

If you're a terrible person and whatever you plan to host was stolen from other people/individuals, this is the host for you. They will not enforce anything short of a court order.

The company can improve by removing criminals who steal data off of private systems and violate intellectual property rights. Have been having ongoing issues with them since May 2022.

I had to find my solution all by myself. And buyvm.net deployed a virtual machine for me incapable of incorporating security updates.

Its an impossible combination of top tier quality and performance on a low budget cost. I don't know how it's possible, but it has been for years now.

Support responses were fast, helpful and straight to the point. I didn't have to fight with a bot to get my problem solved - just give them an idea of what was wrong and wait 5 minutes.

The service is not something I could expect from the pricing point that this service is offered at, exceptional.

Support was completely unresponsive. After multiple attempts to reach out regarding one of their customers repeatedly trying to attack my website, I received no assistance or acknowledgement. Can only open a ticket with sales, who passed it on to an abuse team, which ignored the issue entirely over multiple emails.

i has been using frantech servers since august, and was quite the best servers i've used so far, i mainly choosed frantech cause they have Path.net anti-ddos protection, and i can affirm that my server didn't went affected by large ddos for single second since i bought.
if you're looking for extremely anti ddos protection just go with frantech!

and i almost forgot, the support on discord is insane, even the owner himself Francisco help everyone with a great charisma, thats was some reasons that made me keep using frantech.

While I am a big fan of Frantech, It may seem that I am biased a little. Nevertheless, this was an occasion that I really needed their help with somethings that were critical to my business. As the team at Frantech are helpful, they also show patience when helping me. I know they have a lot of customers to deal with and each time, I feel like I am the only one. :-)

Doesn't work out of box.
Technical supports are slow and inadequate.
3 days money back is once in a life time, which seems to suggest that the billing department does not distinguish customers from spammers.

Very quick response to ticket (~10 minutes) about a server issue (rebooted on its own, did not boot up properly since), resolved entirely in roughly half an hour with the server back online and functional.

My host in Luxembourg could not connect to the server in China because of the Chinese great firewall, contacted the support staff to change the IP and solve the problem within a quite comfortable waiting time, no nagging at all (important reason:) really a huge international IDC, Very professional and convenient service, I will always love BUYVM. worthy of trust!

Support is great, even on the weekends. Stallion panel is awesome. Been using them for all kinds of hosting solutions since 2012. They're definitely one of the better hosts in their price range, with all of their services and features working as advertised.
