The Australian Ambassador to Sweden, Mr Paul Stephens, has confirmed his attendance for the Finals round at Limhamnsfältet, Malmö on Saturday 7th August. Ambassador Stephens recently became the first ever sitting Ambassador in Europe to don a pair of footy boots and participate as a player in an official European league fixture.

- Having the support of the Ambassador and having him coming down to the Finals day in Malmö is a great bonus for the tournament and should help to raise the media attention, says DAFL President Daniel McClaer. The organizing committee is very grateful for his involvement and might be able to present the involvement of another ambassador very soon.
