I purchased a ticket with the option to change dates. I used that option on November 10th when I changed my return flight home by 1 day. That 1 day has cost me hundreds of $$$ because until today I have yet to receive a refund for the original booking. I'm exasperated and disappointed that saving a few dollars by using edreams ended up costing me a whole flight ticket price.

I rented a car in Malta on Wisecars.com during my holiday this summer. The car rental provider turns out to be a scammer and charged my deposit for no reason. I contacted Wisecars for help, but they didn't really do any help (always say they are still contacting and later simply closed the tickets). Conclusion: if car providers on Wisecars.com turn out to be scammers (and they can), Wisecars.com won't do much to compensate for your loss.

We toured Goa with the city tour. Nadeep the tour guide and driver were very good. We did not find our tour for at least 45 minutes as no signs with our names were posted on the car.Other than that ,Nadeep was patient and understanding of our requests and made sure we had a wonderful experience!

Disgusting company! Just few days for the flight and they made the priority prices more than 3 times more expensive. And I don't mention all the other issues they caused to their customers.. late flight, horrible customer service, ridiculous offers. I hate them so much, but unfortunately still have to use their services

Price match is a scam,...actual reply on my Twitter request here "Thank you so much. Regarding the refund of the price difference, we are unable to do this because roomdi.com is one of our competitors. What we can do here is to cancel your reservation. Please let us know how would you like us to proceed. Thank you. "Yedha" Edit; it was corrected eventually. But that this is their first reply still it sad.

I ordered tickets to an event through Ticketmaster. And decided to get insurance incase something came up well a month before the event - a family member was diagnosed with cancer!! We were going through hell. No way to make the event!! So I called a month before the show to cancel and they refused!! They wanted a drs note!!! What?! They needed proof why I was canceling!! It’s none of their business!!!!! This was a private matter and I was not going to send me the personal information! I was appalled!! And disgusted! They would not tell me THIER last names - yet they wanted medical information?!? I talked to 4 supervisors! They were rude and refused to understand that we could not make it!! Cancer!!! What more did I have to say?!? I am fighting this!! In my opinion- it’s none of their business why I need to cancel!! I will never buy it again. It’s worthless. And they are horrible!!
