My response to a survey that was emailed to me by Shift: Communication with your company has been extremely challenging. From the moment that I clicked on the “Make it mine” button to the present day, it has been a very frustrating process. Every single person that I’ve managed to get on the phone with has promised to follow up with me to provide updates on the status of my order. Every single person disappointingly never called back. I’ve had to initiate every interaction with your company. The lack of professionalism that I’ve experienced during this process send a message that your company believes that they are the only option available when purchasing a vehicle and that I just need to wait until it’s convenient for you to communicate with me. It’s no way to do business. Please add this to the numerous recent Negative reviews that I discovered while waiting for someone from your company to update me. Many of the reviews share the same sentiment. I decided to give your company a try after my wife and sister-in-law both had great experiences. Mine has been the polar opposite. Because of this, I made the decision to look elsewhere. I found the vehicle at a dealership, made an inquiry, spoke with a sales person and a finance manager and put the deal together last night. By the afternoon (Today), the vehicle was delivered to my front door. I’ve been in the car business for over 15 years until just a few years ago when I decided on a career change. However, I’d be more than happy to train your folks on how it’s done.
