Ordered a VERY expensive Xmas present which arrived in a crumpled pink sleeve. I contacted customer services who offered me some ‘points’ which is not really useful. I then asked for a new sleeve /box but was told that could arrived crumpled so it was best if I purchased a gift box from alsewhere. Not good customer service and won’t be using this company again

I bought several pieces of furniture and after checking out, I noticed that two of the armchairs that I’d purchased were not the material I wanted. I thought I would think about it for a day to see if I would still like it but after thinking it over, I decided to see if I could have it changed, plus I wanted to buy another item and hopefully have them all shipped at the same time. I went to your Vancouver store today and a very pleasant rep named Drew Aiken assisted me in amending my order. He was professional, polite, courteous, helpful and altogether made the whole experience the 5* I gave you guys. I wasn’t able to see the furniture I’d purchased online at the store but Drew showed me the fabric samples so that helped tremendously.

I really like the color and the feel of the material and the shipping was fast. However: 1) Be ready to wash this right out of the package. The fumes were AWFUL! 2) It says under the question 'is there a zipper' "Most futon covers come with a two-way zipper. Futon covers with zippers are very easy to get on a futon mattress. You do not have to worry about getting the edges perfectly lined up, you just zip." Not sure what is meant by a two-way zipper. There is a zipper on 2 of the 4 sides. "Very easy to get on", I'd like to know in what world this cover is easy to get on. The cover I'm replacing has a zipper on 3 of the 4 sides and it is easy to get on. Two of us spent about a half hour, it is zipped but it looks awful. It will take some time to get edges lined up.

Well we went down there to buy some Christmas gifts, several in fact. However, nearly all the menswear lines had very poor size availability. Wanted 34/30 chinos and XL tops for men for the winter. They had no 34/30s and very few XL tops in the styles we looked at. Also no floor staff available to ask questions of, and had to wait in line for 20 minutes to check out one item. 6 pairs of white ankle socks for $19! Ridiculous price!!! Will be a long time before we go back!

This bed is so nice! It came a day early, was brought right to my door by FedEx and was pretty easy to assemble. You can see the quality and care that went into the product. I've never had a bed that looks this nice and is this comfortable. Plus, the smell of real wood is fantastic!!
